This is our first connection point—where we get to know each other and dream a little together. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand where you’re at in your business journey and what kind of support you’re looking for. You can ask any questions too (I truly welcome them all).

We’ll also figure out which collection best fits your needs.
At the end of this call, you’ll receive your contract to review and sign. Once that’s done, I’ll send over your full onboarding guide and next steps.

You share your magic—I take it all in

You’ll get:

• A detailed questionnaire
• A checklist to help you send me anything that helps me understand your business—brand guides, mission statements, client avatars, internal docs, etc.
• A mood board link where you can add any visuals that feel aligned with your brand

I’ll review it all deeply before our next call so I can start dreaming up location ideas, wardrobe and prop concepts, tone, and a session outline tailored just for you.

We dive deep—virtually or in your space

This is where we shape the heart of your session. I’ll learn your story, values, what sets your brand apart, and how you want to be seen.

Together, we’ll:

• Build a custom shot list
• Confirm your session location
• Walk through prop and wardrobe styling
• Discuss who else might join us (teammates, mock clients, etc.)

I’ll prep this solo—you just review and approve

After our meeting, I’ll organize everything into a complete creative plan that includes:

• Final shot list
• Wardrobe & prop details
• Confirmed location
• Story concept
• A clear guide to where and how each image will be used

You’ll receive this plan to review, and once you give me the thumbs up, we’re set to bring it all to life!

Where the magic (and maybe some dancing) happens

We’ll meet at the first location, and I’ll arrive early to get set up and explore the space.

We’ll follow our shot list while leaving space for spontaneity and collaboration. If we feel inspired to pivot mid-shoot, we can adapt on the fly—this is a creative partnership, after all.

I’ll help you feel confident, comfortable, and genuinely yourself. We’ll have fun and make some magic.

At the end, we’ll schedule your delivery day.

Time to see your story come to life

We’ll meet (virtually or in person) for your gallery reveal, where I’ll walk you through the final images live.

From there, you’ll be able to download your gallery and start sharing your story immediately. If you’d like to add additional images, we’ll choose them together during this meeting.
